Tony McGrade is a director and the founder of McGrade & Co. He is a Law Society accredited specialist in employment law. He acts on behalf of individuals and small and medium sized businesses on a full range of employment issues. He is on the panel of solicitors for the Equality and Human Rights Commission. He was the Scottish representative on the Employment Lawyers Association, a UK wide organisation of employment lawyers, between 2007 and 2009. He is also a member of the Employment Law Committee of the Law Society of Scotland. He regularly provides training to solicitors, advisors and employers on a wide range of employment issues. He has a particular interest in discrimination law.

Giles Woolfson is a director of McGrade & Co. He is accredited by The Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in employment law. He advises employers and individuals on complex employment issues including whistleblowing, discrimination, breach of contract, unfair dismissal, restrictive covenants and TUPE. He assists lawyers from other firms who are advising clients on property and corporate transactions involving TUPE.

Giles has a strong interest in mediation and is a trained mediator. He has conducted a number of workplace mediations in the public and private sector, and represents clients in mediation. Giles regularly contributes to broadcasts on Radio Scotland about employment law developments. He provides employment law training to solicitors, advisors and employers and is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.

Anna O'Donnell is a solicitor with McGrade + Co Ltd. Anna advises both individuals and employers in respect of a number of employment matters, including settlement agreements, grievances, disciplinary and capability issues, redundancy, unfair dismissal and discrimination. Anna deals with contentious matters, including Employment Tribunal claims, and non-contentious work such as advising employers on internal procedures and preparing contracts of employment and staff handbooks.
